Miss Katie 

School Principal

R.A.D Ballet Teacher

Principal Miss Katie Pick began Ballet Classes at the age of 3 in The New Forest, Hampshire; soon she was taking classes five nights a week! At the age of 13 Katie was traveling up to London every weekend to Train at Arts Educational School, Chiswick & The Urdang Academy, Covent Garden, where her passion for dance grew stronger. After completing her G.C.S.E’s at The Atherley School For Girls, Southampton, Katie gained a coveted place at Arts Educational School Tring Park where she trained on the Dance & Musical Theatre Courses, and gained her first taste of performing on the West End Stage with ‘Gala’ at the Shaftsbury Theatre, London.

After completing her A-Levels & the 2-year course at Tring Park, Katie was offered a scholarship to the acclaimed London Studio Centre! After graduating in 2008 with Honors in Ballet, Jazz Dance and a Degree in Theatre Dance, Katie has worked extensively within the industry. Jobs include, Ballet Tours, West End Shows, National Tours, TV Commercials & Music Videos.

Katie also attended the World Renowned Royal Academy Of Dance where she gained her Certificate In Ballet Teaching Studies. She has also taught at the acclaimed Arts Educational School, Chiswick and The Laird Academy Of Dance & Drama.

Miss Helen

I.S.T.D Tap/Modern Teacher

Ballet Teacher

Assistant To The School Principal

After graduating from Bird College in 2014, Helen completed a professional semester at Broadway Dance Center in New York, whereher choreography was selected for the professional showcase at the Alvin Ailey Theatre.

Helen is a member of London based tap dance company “Old Kent Road” who will premiere their new show “Oscillate” at Sadlers Wells this July before performing for the summer at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She is also a member of tap company Sole Rebel Tap, performing at corporate and festival events across the UK. 

After dancing at Dansa Escola Luthier in Barcelona, Helen now splits her time between London and Germany where she is an original cast member of Sebastian Weber Dance Company, performing contemporary and tap dance in productions across Germany before starting an international tour in 2019. 

As a teacher Helen teaches at professional performing arts colleges in London and has regular tap classes at Pineapple Dance Studios, she also delivers workshops at international tap festivals such as Stockholm, Düsseldorf and Montpellier. 

Miss Grace 

R.A.D Ballet Teacher

Grace began her professional training age 11 at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, Hertfordshire. Grace then furthered her classical ballet and contemporary training at the age of 16 at Central School of Ballet, London. During her third year, Grace was offered a contract with Ballet Theatre UK and graduated with a First Class BA Honours Degree in Dance and Performance.

Company credits include: English National Ballet, Northern Ballet Theatre, American Ballet Theatre and Ballet Theatre UK (Principal roles).

Grace is a qualified RAD ballet teacher and upholds her  PBT qualification (Progressing Ballet Technique). Holding a distinction from the RAD Professional Dancers’ Teaching Diploma. She is deputy Principal of Caroline Carr Dance Studios, current Ballet Tutor at Addict Dance Academy and previously taught the 3rd Years and RAD Examination work for Ballet Theatre UK.

Grace is thoroughly looking forward to being part of Primrose Hill Ballet School.

 

Miss Catherine

RAD

Ballet Teacher

Catherine Cole trained in ballet at the Stephanie Ledger school of dancing, now Brewer Dance Academy from 2001, and completed all of her Graded examinations.  She started assisting in classes at the age of 14, teaching sections of classes at 18 and became a registered Royal Academy of Dance Ballet teacher in 2019.

Catherine has just returned from 2 years of teaching in a dance school in rural Alberta, Canada. Where she ran the entire ballet programme for 120 students, and held their largest exam session in their 20 years of offering classes. She also took several groups to festivals, which placed in the top 2 categories and won several choreography awards. Catherine is passionate about teaching ballet, including preparing dancers for pointe work, and continues to take classes herself.

 

Miss Lily 

R.A.D Ballet Teacher

Miss Lily began dancing at Barbara Jackson Theatre Arts centre in Lancashire at an early age. She loved performing and took part in Jazz, Tap & singing lessons but her passion was ballet. At age 8 she was accepted on the Associate Programme with The Royal Ballet. At 11 she gained a place at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and graduated with a Trinity Level 6 Diploma in professional dance. Lily has performed with English National Ballet in numerous seasons and also appeared at The London Coliseum in the production of ‘La Corsaire’ with The American Theatre Ballet.

Lily then moved to a career dancing and performing with Royal Caribbean and has been lucky enough to travel the world  whilst undertaking her dream job. During lockdown Lily decided to train as a ballet teacher studying on PDTD course at RAD where she obtained her certificate in ballet teaching skills.

Lily currently enjoys a variety of jobs from modelling and most recently assisting in the audition processes and casting panel for the cruise line industry here in London. 

 

Miss Charlotte

Acrobatic Arts Teacher

Miss Charlotte started dancing at the age of 2, at a family run dance school in Surrey. Rooted predominantly in Ballet, she was excited to expand her dance vocabulary at the age of 16, when she gained a full time place at Liberatus School of Performing Arts, where she received a BTec in Professional Dance.

Passionate to further her dance training, she went on to study at the prestigious Italia Conti, gaining a Diploma in Musical Theatre.

Since graduating in 2019, Charlotte has been honoured to work professionally as a backing dancer in Wembley Arena, and as a performing artist for events.

Miss Charlotte has been teaching young dancers since she was just 14 years old, and is always looking to expand her knowledge of new dance styles, keeping her classes relevant to the current professional dance industry.

She gained her Acrobatic Arts teaching qualification in 2018 and loves working students through safe progressions to impressive acro tricks!

Miss Amber

I.S.T.D Tap/Modern Teacher

Musical Theatre Teacher

Miss Amber began dancing at a very young age at Dragonfly Dance Centre in Stafford studying RAD and ISTD ballet, tap, modern and jazz. She performed with the English Youth Ballet and in many shows and pantomimes at Stafford Gatehouse Theatre. She also began to become extremely interested in Musical Theatre and singing.   

After realising where her passion truly lay, she made the big decision to study Musical Theatre full time at Birmingham Ormiston Academy at age 16 and then continued her training at Bird College of Dance and Theatre Performance where she gained a First Class Honours Degree Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. 

Since graduating in 2018 Amber was honoured to perform in MAMMA MIA! as Ensemble and first cover Sophie for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and has most recently worked as a Motion Capture dancer for Rockstar Games (game to be announced!). Miss Amber is also a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, coaching for multiple boutique studios across London along with teaching RAD Ballet & ISTD Tap & Modern.

Miss Amber has a passion for nurturing and passing on her knowledge to exciting young dancers and performers, creating a fun, engaged and productive environment in class. She has worked as Assistant Choreographer for the National Youth Music Theatre and has taught at multiple prestigious drama schools including Central School of Speech and Drama and Rose Bruford College.
